Dataiku is looking for a full-time IT Support Technician to join the Information & Technology Team. IT Operations are critical to the success of Dataiku employees around the world. The IT Team is responsible for the systems, networks, and services that Dataiku employees rely on.

Dataiku's current IT Stack is a fast-moving modern and primarily Mac-based cloud-oriented environment: Google Workspace, Slack, Airtable, Miro, Asana, Zoom video conferencing and associated devices, among others. The goal of the IT Support Team is to provide the best in class support to our employees worldwide based either in our global offices or working remotely in this tech environment.

As we scale quickly, you will join our IT Support Team to accompany Dataiku’s growth. You will report to the IT Support Team Lead for Americas and will work closely with the other IT Teams (Support, Automation and Operations & Security). This role is physically based in the New York City office but periodic travel to other office locations may be required.

In this role, you'll help the team:

  • Support employees in their daily IT requests.

  • Provide excellent IT onboarding experience to newcomers.

  • Manage AV setup & maintenance and event support

  • Purchase IT equipment for offices and employees.

  • Travel to satellite offices in the US and occasionally abroad to provide local support.

  • Contribute to maintenance and support of the global in-house IT infrastructure in the Dataiku offices.

  • Work with the Office Manager with Facility Management (e.g. climate control, special event planning, physical security etc).

  • Operate Inventory Management and Ticketing systems.

  • Participate in Documentation & Knowledge base.

You might be a good fit if you have:

  • Experience with 1st and 2nd line support.

  • Experience in support in a modern cloud-first IT Stack.

  • Experience in support for macOS

  • Practical AV/VC knowledge & experience

  • MDM knowledge (JAMF, Intune)

  • Good communication skills in English (French or another language is a +)

  • Good listening skills, and you know how to help people asking for your support.

  • You can organize work and set priorities.

  • You have an excellent sense of service and a positive mindset.

  • You have 1-3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in an international and fast-growing environment.

  • You are proactive and can work independently when needed.

  • You are a problem solver.

  • You enjoy learning and applying knowledge to practical uses.

Compensation and Benefits

The final compensation package for this role will be determined during the interview process and is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, geographic location, internal equity, education, skill set, experience and training. Eligible roles may also be entitled to receive commission or other variable compensation through Dataiku's incentive compensation program.

$70,000β€”$85,000 USD
