Just as OpenAI has revolutionized information search, they aim to redefine global recruitment, building a cutting-edge platform that surpasses traditional job-matching and networking solutions.

With $4M in funding, they’re disrupting an industry ripe for change, going head-to-head with established platforms like LinkedIn. As the first U.S.-based developer, you’ll work closely with their CEO + CTO and lead a talented team of 15 overseas engineers based in South Korea and India.

The Role

  Startup Vibes in a Startup: Join a small, high-impact team in the U.S., while leading and collaborating with our broader team of skilled engineers based overseas

  Direct Leadership: Work directly with the CEO and CTO, taking an active role in shaping the global product direction and overseeing our overseas development teams

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications, owning critical features end-to-end.


• Work hands-on with the CEO and CTO to drive product vision and translate it into actionable engineering tasks.


• Mentor and collaborate with the global product team (15 engineers) across time zones to ensure high-quality deliverables.


• Conduct code reviews, establish best practices, and improve engineering standards for the team.
