About The Role
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to help lead the development of the next generation of cybersecurity systems. As a Technical Program Manager focused on operations & releases, you will manage planning & execution of product roadmap from development, testing and delivery of high-quality software products and features. You’ll use your technical expertise to identify and manage risks, make sound judgments about quality, and stop or accelerate production at the right time. You will manage the scope, schedule, and risk mitigation plans in order to streamline the efficiency and effectiveness of the engineering team to increase velocity, and ensure our products are enterprise grade. The candidate will be part of a diverse team consisting of cryptographers, mathematicians, ML experts, and physicists, where they will play a key role in efficient and effective development of the technologies being developed.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is expected to be $167k-$233k per year. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This role may be eligible for annual discretionary bonuses and equity.
