Graphic Designer

• Create visual content. Develop and design graphics for digital and print media, including advertisements, social media, websites, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with teams. Work with marketing, product, and content teams to understand project requirements and translate concepts into compelling visual designs.
• Ensure brand consistency. Maintain a consistent visual style across all platforms and ensure designs align with the brand's identity and goals.
• Produce high-quality deliverables. Generate high-resolution graphics, illustrations, and layouts that meet both creative and technical standards.
• Stay updated on trends. Follow design trends and best practices to ensure that all graphics are creative and on-brand.

• Bachelor’s degree in digital design, graphic design, graphic communications, or experience in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ successful professional design experience, preferably at an agency or in-house team for a product-driven business.
• Strong portfolio of design work, showing solutions to business problems through effective design.
• Able to present concepts and lead internal design team peers and/or direct reports.
• Strong work ethic and personal accountability
• Agility to meet business needs
• Strong time management
• Strong communications skills
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite products, InDesign, Photoshop, XD and in particular

The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $70,000 annually. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to position offered and work experience. In addition to your salary, SPARC Group, and its affiliated brands, offers a benefits package, including 401(k) plan, overtime pay, flexible work schedule and a generous employee discount program (all benefits are based on eligibility).
