Location: New York City (In-office 4 days per week, 1 day remote)
Salary: $45,000 - 60,000 per year

This position requires the candidate to work onsite at least four days per week in our New York City office.

Renowned for our superior fit, high-quality fabrics, and innovative design concepts, we are seeking a Graphic Designer / Graphic Production Artist to join our Brand Marketing team. This role plays an integral part in supporting the development and execution of creative projects across all channels for all three brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing advertising-ready brand campaigns and marketing collateral for both print and digital platforms. We’re looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment while adhering to brand standards and internal processes.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize, create, and design layouts and assets for various projects, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Design and produce collateral for brand communications across multiple platforms, including emails, social media, print and digital advertising, events, and in-store signage.
  • Manage photo processing tasks such as cropping, editing, color correction, and retouching to meet high-quality standards for product and brand imagery.
  • Format and resize images to meet specific retailer and platform requirements, ensuring seamless integration across multiple sales channels.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to ensure accurate and timely production of print projects.
  • Work closely with design and production teams to create and manage hangtags, care labels, and packaging while maintaining consistency with brand standards.
  • Manage project timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met efficiently.
  • Assist in the creation of brand decks and presentations for marketing and internal use.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a graphic designer, production artist, or similar role, ideally within fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Mastery of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A discerning eye for photo editing, cropping, and compositing to achieve high-quality visuals.
  • A collaborative, inclusive, and flexible team member with strong communication skills.
  • Resourceful self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Retail or fashion design experience is a plus.
  • Ability to create and edit videos is a plus.
